Refund policy

OCEAN'S LEGACY RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Our return policy lasts for 14 days upon receipt of the item. If 14 days have gone by since the product was delivered, we are unfortunately not able to offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Postage is paid by the customer back to our office in Australia.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment (minus shipping cost).

SHIPPING COST

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

In addition, shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original cost  shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item back to Ocean's Legacy, you should consider using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance. We take no responsibility for items that have been damaged or have gone missing while it is being shipped to us.

SALE ITEMS

Only regular priced items may be returned and refunded. Unfortunately, we are not able to offer refunds on sale items.
